Today marks a major step in C100’s ongoing growth and development. We are happy to announce that Joanne Fedeyko will be taking over the Executive Director role at the C100. Joanne brings with her an accomplished career in fundraising, sponsorship, business development, partnerships, donor relations and marketing. She has lived in the Bay Area for more than 15 years but is an Alberta-native hailing from the metropolis of High Level.
We spent three months meeting with a variety of candidates, and saw many very qualified people who were passionate about the C100 mission and Canadian entrepreneurs. In the end, it was clear that Joanne was a perfect fit for continuing to grow and innovate on the incredible organization that C100 has become.
I will be staying with the C100 through July to ensure a smooth transition and will save my goodbyes and reflections until then.
In the meantime, please join us in welcoming Joanne to the C100!
ps. Thank you to CaliberOne for helping us through the process!

Joanne Fedeyko is a native Albertan who earned her CMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants in 1995. She moved to the Bay Area in 1999 and has experienced a diverse career in the startup, consulting, telecommunications, aviation and nonprofit sectors. Joanne discovered her passion for philanthropy and social good after leaving the corporate world in 2002 and joining Girls on the Run San Francisco, an after-school running program designed to help girls build self esteem. As Executive Director Joanne learned all aspects of running and growing a startup nonprofit and is excited to once again be back in a familiar role at the C100. She brings vast experience in fundraising, sponsorship, business development, partnerships, donor relations and marketing.
Joanne is an avid runner and on weekends enjoys exploring different trails around the Bay Area. She has a natural desire to always be learning and loves taking part in new adventures. Joanne is very proud to be joining the C100 to support and enhance the Canadian technology ecosystem.
For her, it’s an opportunity of a lifetime and she is excited to begin working with the Charter Members, Sponsors and the Canadian entrepreneurs.
